Important:
•    Due to the customization of its products, JLC geomatique does not accept any returns or refund. If you would like to make a correction to your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly.
•    We accept Visa and MasterCard. Take the time to read and understand the policies of your credit card issuer and shop online safely.
•    Personal information is collected by JLC geomatique for the purpose of providing the services requested. This information will not be shared nor will it be used for other purposes.
•    To protect copyright, maps displayed on this web site are not to scale.

Security and confidentiality of information


Personal and credit card information entered on the site is transmitted electronically in a format that cannot be intercepted, altered or decoded by a third party as it is encrypted to ensure its confidentiality.
JLC geomatique complies with SSL encryption standards, under which transaction information will always be transmitted securely. Payment is made directly through Moneris.
JLC geomatique does not store credit information on any transaction. As a result, online shoppers are required to submit credit card information with every new transaction.

Shipping Policy


1 - Order fulfillment
Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days, except on holidays and according to the availability of maps. For a product that is not in stock, processing the order may take 5 to 10 business days. Should there be a delay, we will send you an email or contact you by phone to inform you on the status of your order.


Our packaging ensures the protection of our products during transportation.
Transit time starts when the order is handed over to the carrier. Situations out of our control (weather, strikes, customs, etc.) may cause delays for which we cannot be held responsible.


2 - Shipping rates

  • Canada
    The order is shipped by Purolator or GLS, as per client’s instructions. No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Shipment charges are calculated and billed based on the delivery address, and weight and size of the parcel.

  • United States
    We use and bill the cheapest delivery mode; for example, Expedited Parcel - USA (6 to 12 business days); or Xpresspost - USA (3 to 5 business days), between major centres.

  • Other countries
    We ship everywhere in the world. We use Canada Post and bill the charges to the client. We always contact the client before shipping an order. Upon receipt of the package, the client must pay duties and taxes.


3 - Tracking a parcel
As soon as your order is shipped, we send you an email to confirm the date of shipment and the tracking number. A tracking tool allows viewing the parcel in transit at all times at www.purolator.com or www.gls-canada.com. For international shipments, we provide a tracking number as well.


4 - Sales tax and Custom duties

  • Canada
    Canadian orders will include all applicable Federal and Provincial taxes of your province at checkout.

  • Other countries
    We do not charge Canadian taxes on any US and International orders; however, these orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once your package reaches your country. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice for which you are responsible. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
    JLC geomatique is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties which may be levied when your shipment enters your country of destination.


5 - Unclaimed parcel
Unclaimed parcels or parcels for which delivery could not be completed are returned to us by the carriers. We will contact you if this happens with your order. All returns will be subject to return fees, in addition to shipping fees.


6 - Shipping error
If a product does not match your order as a result of an error by JLC geomatique, you must notify us and return the item as soon as possible so that the order can be rectified. The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice and the return authorization number provided by our services. We will then be responsible for all shipping costs (return and reshipping of the right product) as a result of the error.
